As a Lifecycle Marketing Lead at Nagish, you’ll build users' engagement journey and the system that turns first-time users into people who can't imagine going back. This is a key role, reporting directly to the VP of Growth. You will design the communication infrastructure that connects a profoundly underserved community to a product they depend on. This is a meaningful lifecycle challenge, and we are looking for someone who sees it that way. You care about the user, think in systems rather than campaigns, are AI-native, obsessed with data, and technically fluent. You will build and iterate lifecycle flows, write copy, use AI to move faster, partner with data for segmentation, and instrument everything to ensure trackability and measurable results.
