About The Position

We’re looking for a scrappy and motivated Lifecycle Marketing Associate to join our growing team at Attain. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the strategy and execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging (IAM) for one of our Mobile Rewards Apps, Frisbee. You will have the opportunity to proactively identify gaps in our funnel and build journeys that move the needle on retention and engagement from the ground up. You'll report to the Senior Director of Product, who leads Frisbee’s consumer function across product, marketing, and support - giving you direct visibility into your impact across the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally at a consumer app
  • Hands on Braze Experience - Canvas builder, segmentation, and event-based triggers
  • Data-driven mindset with interest in performance analysis and optimization
  • Creative, resourceful problem-solver with an entrepreneurial approach
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines and cross-team workflows
  • Flexible and adaptable in fast-paced environments

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS a plus
  • Experience using AI tools like Claude a plus

Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns (email, push, IAM, content cards) in Braze, using both drag-and-drop tools and Braze Liquid
  • Set up A/B tests, analyze performance, and recommend optimizations to impact retention and engagement
  • Collaborate with creative teams to ensure campaigns are accurate, on-brand, and visually engaging
  • Develop automated lifecycle campaigns, triggered messaging, and personalized customer journeys through segmentation
