About The Position

vCom, an AppDirect Subsidiary, is seeking a growth-oriented sales professional with a strong sense of accountability and a collaborative mindset to join their team. This role involves a consultative approach to customer engagement, a solid understanding of technology and SaaS environments, and the ability to connect customer goals to meaningful business outcomes. The ideal candidate will be skilled at articulating complex concepts to both technical and executive audiences, listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and translating customer needs into compelling value propositions. This is a self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive role focused on building relationships, expanding partnerships, and driving pipeline growth in dynamic environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Channel Experience selling through partnership
  • 5+ years of experience in technology or SaaS sales, with a proven track record of driving results and closing new business
  • Ability to engage credibly with technical professionals, business stakeholders, and executive decision-makers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a distributed environment
  • Authorization to work in the United States

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue by identifying, qualifying, and advancing new business opportunities across the Traditional Partner Channel, the AppDirect Ecosystem, and direct referral sources.
  • Build consultative relationships with prospective clients to uncover business requirements and recommend tailored solutions leveraging vCom services and the vManager platform.
  • Demonstrate sales leadership throughout the full sales cycle, guiding stakeholders through complex challenges and helping move opportunities toward resolution.
  • Develop expertise in vCom’s value proposition by completing vManager platform training and certification and serving as a trusted subject matter expert.
  • Lead daily execution of sales POD activities, manage pipeline health, and maintain accurate forecasting and funnel performance visibility.
  • Evaluate and apply effective sales methodologies and processes to support strategic business objectives and drive consistent performance.
