About The Position

Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Life Support Program Coordinator for our Life Support Programs Department who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, associate’s or technical certification preferred
  • 3-5 years in an office or healthcare setting
  • AHA Instructor certification (current or within 6 months of hire)

Responsibilities

  • Organizes and maintains program content and materials (e.g., course documentation).
  • Plans and coordinates day-to-day programmatic, operational, and administrative matters.
  • Creates and posts a quarterly class schedule, including the reservation of training space.
  • Provides on-call support to instructors.
  • Facilitates learning activities following AHA standards and professional best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain supplies and equipment
