The Life Skills Professional is responsible for client support through direct interaction throughout shift; collaboratively and actively assisting and supporting the participants of the program in the development of Life/Recovery Support/Coping/Daily living skills. Facilitate and document life skills groups, implementing the activities on the monthly calendar; promote and enhance the trauma-informed culture of the program and the establishment and attainment of goals identified in the resident's treatment plan. This role will be supporting individuals in a Halfway House setting.
