The Life Skills Coach improves client well-being and functioning by assisting clinical case manager in the coordination of services that support TRAIL clients. Support services include helping clients 1) master an array of needed life skills, 2) to actively participate in community activities, 3) to provide alternative settings and means to explore clinical issues using direct care interventions based on treatment goals and objectives, and 4) conducting assessments including the Casey Life Skills Assessment.
