Requirements

• Self-motivated and ethical
• Organized and ambitious
• Skilled at taking initiative and meeting deadlines
• Strong communicators who excel in a collaborative environment
• Professional Liability Insurance (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire)
• CPR/First Aid Certification for Pediatrics & Adults (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and driving history check
• Current full-coverage auto insurance
• iPad (or similar device) for documentation

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
• Experience working with brain injury, intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), mental health, and/or veteran populations
• Military service or experience with veterans (not required but a plus)
• Ownership of or willingness to purchase a tablet for documentation

Responsibilities

• May include driving, assisting with transfers, and supporting activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
