About The Position

Join Spread Your Wings, LLC. – ILS Services as a Life Skills Mentor/Coach and support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving greater independence and confidence in their daily lives. This is a full-time position covering the Marina areas, requiring bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and working Monday through Friday. The role involves coaching clients on building independent living skills, encouraging and motivating them, and helping to plan and organize weekly goals. You will also be responsible for consistent documentation of progress through case notes and quarterly reports, spending 90% of your time in the field with clients and 10% on admin/documentation. Collaboration with program managers, regional center coordinators, and training staff is also a key part of the role. Requirements

Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Able to work and commute in and around the Salinas areas
Able to pass a background check (per state industry standards)
Computer literacy: MS Word, email, basic data entry
