Sales Ops Manager Our Deloitte Customer team empowers organizations to build deeper relationships with customers through innovative strategies, advanced analytics, Generative AI, transformative technologies, and creative design. We can enhance customer experiences and drive sustained growth and customer value creation and capture, through customer and commercial strategies, digital products and innovation, marketing, commerce, sales, and service. We are a team of strategists, data scientists, operators, creatives, designers, engineers, and architects. Our team balances business strategy, technology, creativity, and ongoing managed services to solve the biggest problems that affect customers, partners, constituents, and the workforce. An evolving customer and regulatory landscape, mounting pipeline of next-gen assets and portfolio pressures, and intensifying competition are presenting new organizational and operational hurdles for Life Sciences companies. These complex market dynamics are requiring new levels of rigor and insight in business strategy development and problem-solving, both domestically and globally. We are looking for practitioners who will work alongside Life Sciences organizations from bio-technology firms to global big pharma to medical devices, to drive business value through end-to-end delivery of solutions based on strategy development for heart of business issues.

Requirements

  • 10+ years Sales Operations functional SME in one or more subject areas i.e. Sales forecasting, Salesforce sizing and structure, Segmentation and targeting, Territory alignment and Design, Call planning and Dynamic Targeting , and Quota and incentive planning.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, CRM, business transformation, or technology implementation.
  • 2+ years experience with Salesforce, Veeva CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, SAP CPQ, or similar platforms.
  • 5+ years experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare commercial operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent from accredited university.
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong understanding of Sales Operations processes and performance drivers.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of HCP/HCO master data, customer consent, field force effectiveness, promotional compliance, and commercial data governance.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, data warehouses, business intelligence tools, and low-code/no-code automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with AI governance, model evaluation, prompt engineering, agent monitoring, and responsible AI practices.
  • Consulting, systems integration, and product management experience.
  • Practical knowledge of Agentic AI, generative AI, large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, tool calling, or AI orchestration.
