About The Position

The Life Sciences Finance Reinvention Partner works with Finance executives to drive enterprise value by helping clients improve efficiency, manage costs, increase profitability, and identify new opportunities. The role advises CFOs, Finance VPs, and transformation sponsors in the pharmaceutical, MedTech/medical device, and medical distribution industries. It combines finance functional expertise with Life Sciences industry knowledge to lead complex, multi-workstream transformations aligned with the industry value chain. The role leads end-to-end finance transformations across core finance processes—including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, FP&A, Tax, and Treasury—as well as Clinical/R&D finance, commercial finance and gross-to-net transformation, product costing, margin management, and supply chain finance. It designs target-state finance operating models, including roles, governance, controls, and data models aligned to regulatory and reporting needs, and integrates finance with Procurement, Commercial, R&D, and Supply Chain processes. The Partner provides CFOs and their teams with data and insights to support change narratives and shareholder value, advises senior leaders, and contributes subject matter expertise to client projects and proposals. The role oversees engagement risk, project economics, deliverable quality, and client buy-in; guides digital transformations using operating models, process automation, analytics, workflows, and enabling technologies; and supports practice growth through business development and proposal leadership. It also encourages team innovation and development and stays current with trends, technologies, and regulations affecting digital finance and the CFO ecosystem.
