Putnam is looking for top performers to join our firm. As one of Putnam’s Life Sciences Consultants, you will help lead and execute with a team of Associates to complete projects. Working with Managers and Partners, you will interact with clients to understand problems, and develop and refine hypotheses to test. You will structure complex strategic and analytical problems that constitute the core of the team’s work, leverage your substantial science training to optimize commercial strategies for our clients, and participate in delivering findings in client presentations. This role involves executive storytelling and slide crafting, developing client-ready or senior leadership team-ready pages that convey clear value and impact messaging. You will also collaborate with the team to synthesize analyses into key findings and actionable recommendations.
