We are seeking a Life Sciences Business Development Director with expertise in selling SaaS solutions to the commercial brand level of the pharmaceutical industry. This role is crucial for developing and executing strategic account plans to acquire new clients and expand RxVantage’s market share within designated target customers. The ideal candidate is a highly intelligent and skilled Business Development professional who will contribute to our continued growth and establish RxVantage as a key strategic partner for life sciences companies. Extensive experience working with pharma, biotech, and/or medical device organizations, along with strong connections in commercial functions such as sales, marketing, market access, digital, and analytics, is essential. The candidate should be able to leverage their network effectively and immediately, thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, and be committed to dedicating the necessary time to achieve success for both themselves and RxVantage.
