About The Position

AI is increasingly being used in healthcare, and it requires experts to ensure the information it provides is safe and accurate. TELUS Digital is seeking individuals with medical knowledge to review AI-generated health content. A medical degree is sufficient; no prior doctor or tech expertise is required to help the AI learn correct facts.

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science, Nursing, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field
• Native-level proficiency in your primary language. Medical terms and health advice change from country to country, so your local knowledge is key.
• Basic (B1) English so you can read our project instructions.
• Attention to Detail: You are careful and realize that in medicine, every small detail matters for safety.

Responsibilities

• Fact-Check Health Info: Read an AI's answer about a medical topic and make sure the facts are 100% correct and up-to-date.
• Review Medical Terms: Ensure the AI is using the right names for bones, muscles, medicines, or conditions so it sounds professional.
• Safety First: If the AI gives health advice that seems dangerous or wrong, flag it immediately to help keep users safe.
• Explain Simply: Help the AI take complicated medical research and rewrite it in a way that a regular person can understand clearly.
