About The Position

At Capgemini Invent, our Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team makes AI work at scale by combining data science and engineering with business consulting. We build context-driven analytics and GenAI/agentic systems that reflect how decisions and work actually happen—grounded in semantic layers, strong data foundations, and governance embedded in decision flows. With a builder-advisor (“forward deployed”) mindset, DDT delivers production-ready impact across operations and customer domains, redefining what enterprise AI advisory looks like in practice.

Requirements

  • 5–6 years in life sciences consulting — with meaningful exposure to digital, data, or AI programs
  • Solid understanding of GxP validation requirements: IQ/OQ/PQ, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11
  • Experience working with or within quality, regulatory, manufacturing, or medical affairs functions
  • Ability to translate domain requirements into AI solution specifications
  • Track record of managing stakeholder relationships in regulated environments
  • Strong AI literacy, including core AI and generative AI concepts, and understand how these capabilities apply to enterprise transformation.
  • Ability to identify and support AI‑enabled opportunities that improve business outcomes and delivery effectiveness.
  • Experience working in AI‑augmented ways of working to enhance research, analysis, and solution development.
  • Collaborate effectively across strategy, technology, data, and design to enable AI‑driven solutions.
  • Solid understanding of responsible AI principles such as ethics, privacy, security, and governance.
  • Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset around emerging AI capabilities and their practical application in client environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end domain workstreams across AI engagements, including discovery, use case definition, and solution shaping
  • Build trusted relationships with scientific, quality, and operational client stakeholders, acting as a day-to-day advisor
  • Design AI use cases that incorporate GxP validation requirements, auditability, and data integrity standards
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to translate life sciences requirements into clear technical specifications
  • Lead and contribute to validation planning, including IQ/OQ/PQ approaches, CSV frameworks, and risk assessments for AI solutions in regulated environments
  • Develop high-quality, domain-rich deliverables such as use case roadmaps, data requirement documentation, and regulatory impact assessments
  • Contribute to internal knowledge development, reusable assets, and broader life sciences AI practice growth
