About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with expertise in permitting processes and a strong understanding of life safety Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Cellular DAS systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a relevant area
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in telecommunications or construction.
Strong knowledge of permitting processes and life safety DAS and Cellular DAS systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools

Responsibilities

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for DAS and Cellular DAS installations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Navigate local, state, and federal permitting processes to secure necessary approvals for projects.
Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
Utilize knowledge of life safety systems and DAS technology to inform project decisions and strategies.
Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure system designs meet safety and performance standards.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including permits, contracts, and progress reports.
Prepare and present project reports to management and stakeholders.
