About The Position
Join our team and gain valuable insight into insurance operations while supporting reporting, process improvement, and documentation projects that help drive business success. As a Life Operations Intern, you may maintain and update departmental SharePoint sites to ensure information is accurate, current, and easily accessible. You will also assist with researching and resolving items identified on suspense reports, support the preparation and distribution of weekly production reports and related analytics, and review and update departmental procedures and documentation to improve accuracy and consistency. Collaboration with team members on operational projects and process improvement initiatives is also a key part of this role.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SharePoint
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems and applications
- Experience working with Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication

- Students pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
