About The Position
Team Nexa Insurance Solutions is expanding and looking for licensed life insurance agents who are ready to operate as true independent contractors. This is a business opportunity, not a job, where agents have control over their schedule, production, and how they generate and work leads. The income is 100% performance-based, with a focus on helping agents build profitable, sustainable businesses rather than dependency. Agents will have access to multiple competitive carriers and product lines, proven sales systems, structured training, ongoing mentorship and coaching, contracting, underwriting, and case support, and systems designed to help scale production.
Requirements
- Licensed life insurance agents
- Ready to operate as true independent contractors
- Understand (or are ready to learn) the 1099 model
- Willing to invest in themselves and their business
- Coachable, disciplined, and results-driven
