  • Advanced international travel planning and high-level coordination.
  • Must live in the Houston, TX area.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
  • Own a car.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented and thick-skinned.
  • Comfortable giving structured feedback and switching tasks rapidly.
  • Competitive, hungry and driven to win.
  • Complete discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, appointments and high-level business logistics to maximize productivity.
  • Handle inbox triage and sensitive communications with precision.
  • Support the sales pipeline and document execution using CRM and e-signature platforms.
  • Track requests from internal teams, ensure key items reach the CEO, and coordinate cross-functional meetings with rigorous follow-up.
  • Lead special projects from ideation to execution and keep the business entities on track.
  • Plan and book high-end, luxury international itineraries across multiple time zones.
  • Optimize travel with loyalty programs, concierge bookings and detailed agendas.
  • Manage multi-week personal trips, retreats and unique experiences with contingency plans.
  • Prepare travel planning documents, logistics trackers and international travel requirements.
  • Coordinate household logistics: house manager, vendors, cleaners, service providers, maintenance schedules.
  • Manage personal financial transactions and vendor relationships.
  • Organize wellness appointments, dining, events, social plans and household/grocery requests.
  • Work closely with the CEO's partner so personal priorities are handled seamlessly.
  • Introduce and refine systems using project-management, chat and AI tools to increase visibility.
  • Build and maintain operational trackers, SOPs and recurring process documentation.
  • Continuously improve processes as new demands arise, with the core goal of buying back the CEO's time.
