This role is responsible for building and growing relationships with independent life insurance agents and financial advisors through a consultative, platform-driven sales approach. The position is not territory-based and focuses on opportunity-driven business development, advisor recruiting, and advanced life insurance planning support.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in life insurance sales, wholesaling, or advanced planning distribution
  • Strong consultative sales and relationship management skills
  • High level of accountability and self-motivation
  • Organized approach to managing clients and pipeline
  • Life & Health license required
  • Series 6 and 63 preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build, grow, and deepen relationships with independent agents and financial advisors through disciplined recruiting and business development
  • Identify and engage life insurance–friendly, forward‑leaning producers aligned with advanced planning strategies
  • Partner with advisors to position and implement life insurance solutions for their clients
  • Serve as a consultative resource for planning concepts, case design, and strategy positioning
  • Lead advisor conversations with platforms, concepts, and solutions rather than product‑first discussions
  • Maintain a structured approach to pipeline management, activity tracking, and follow‑up
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive cases from concept through placement
  • Operate with ownership and accountability in managing relationships, opportunities, and results
