About The Position

The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a 100% commission-based, performance-oriented role with uncapped earning potential. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. The agency provides a data-driven lead system and warm, inbound leads so representatives can focus on serving families rather than prospecting. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. The role is fully online, with occasional travel potentially required for in-person conferences and leadership events. Candidates without a Life/Health Insurance License may receive resources and guidance to obtain one in as little as 7–10 days.

Requirements
