Home Based Life Insurance Role
About The Position
The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Agents typically assist 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. The agency provides a data-driven lead-generation system so agents can focus on serving interested families rather than finding prospects. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. A life insurance license is required, but applicants who do not currently have one can receive resources and guidance to obtain it in as little as 7–10 days. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Have a reliable internet connection.
- Be comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
- Be disciplined and accountable.
- Communicate honestly and confidently.
- Be passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions.
