Home Based Insurance Sales Representative
About The Position
The Delaney Agency is seeking remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped earning potential. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. The agency provides data-driven systems and warm leads so agents can focus on serving families rather than finding prospects. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events. Applicants without a Life/Health Insurance License may receive resources and guidance to obtain one in as little as 7–10 days.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Must have a reliable internet connection.
- Must be comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
- Must be disciplined and accountable.
- Must communicate honestly and confidently.
- Must be passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions.
