Home Based Insurance Sales Representative
About The Position
The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives to help families who have requested assistance with life insurance-backed products. This is a 100% commission-based, performance-oriented role for coachable, disciplined individuals. Agents typically help 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. Earnings are uncapped. The agency provides data-driven systems and warm-lead generation so representatives can focus on helping families rather than prospecting. The position is fully online and can be performed from anywhere, with flexible training and scheduling. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. Candidates without a Life/Health Insurance License may receive resources and guidance to obtain one in as little as 7–10 days.
Requirements
- Be a U.S. citizen.
- Have a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Have a computer and phone to service clients.
- Have a reliable internet connection.
- Be comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment.
