About The Position
The Delaney Agency is hiring remote Life Insurance Sales Representatives for a work-from-home, 100% commission-based role. The position is intended for coachable, disciplined people comfortable with performance-based income and motivated to help families seeking life insurance-backed products. Agents typically assist 3–5 families per week and earn an average of $300–$500 per family served. The role offers uncapped earning potential and a data-driven lead-generation system that connects agents with families actively seeking assistance. Applicants must be U.S. citizens. A life insurance license is required, or candidates may obtain one with resources and guidance from the agency in as little as 7–10 days. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.
Requirements

- Have a computer and phone to service clients.
