About The Position
This is a remote Life Insurance Sales position where candidates can start without a license. The company hires based on potential and provides full support for obtaining Life & Health licensing during the onboarding process. The role involves speaking with warm inbound leads via phone and Zoom to help families understand their life insurance options and find suitable coverage. There is no cold outreach involved. The company emphasizes that motivation and consistency are more important than prior licensing.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. resident.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Willingness to complete Life & Health licensing (or already hold one).
- Coachable, willing to put in the work, and ready to learn.
Responsibilities
- Have phone and Zoom conversations with warm inbound leads.
- Help families understand their life insurance options across a network of 60+ carriers.
- Guide clients toward coverage that fits their needs and budget.
- Complete Life & Health licensing as part of the onboarding process.
- Participate in initial sales training.
