About The Position

Semler Financial Group is seeking motivated, coachable individuals to develop new skills and build a career helping families protect their financial futures. This remote position offers the opportunity to connect with prospective clients, conduct virtual appointments, identify life insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and follow up with families. The role is a 1099 independent contractor position with 100% commission, uncapped commissions, and potential production-based bonuses. Opportunities to build and lead a team are also available. While insurance experience is not required, grit and a willingness to learn, take action, and accept coaching are essential.
