The agent is expected to maintain high quality production and persistency standards to ensure profitable growth, identify and develop sales opportunities within the community, and adhere to company-approved sales processes for reporting. The position involves providing life sales support and training to frontline employees and other staff for lead development, building strong relationships with colleagues and management, and ensuring timely follow-up on referrals. The agent will also provide leads for other products/services to Sales Agents and stay informed about industry changes and regulations. Developing an annual business plan with the Life Sales Manager to meet sales goals and customer relationship objectives is also a key aspect, along with ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
