About The Position
American Senior Benefits is seeking a licensed insurance professional with 2+ years of Life & Health insurance experience to step into an established opportunity in the Elkhart market. You'll work with an existing book of business while continuing to grow your own practice through long-standing community partnerships. This role offers ownership of your business, renewal income, team-building overrides, access to industry-leading Medicare, Life Insurance, Retirement, and Financial Services solutions, marketing support, qualified opportunities, and professional coaching. You will serve members through established relationships with respected organizations including American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), Elks Lodge, and Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Requirements
- Active Indiana Life & Health Insurance License
- Minimum of 2–3 years of insurance sales experience
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Passion for helping clients make informed financial decisions
- Desire to build long-term residual income rather than chasing one-time commissions
