About The Position
NHC is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to lead the Activities team and provide support. This role involves developing and implementing a well-rounded Activities program for all patients, including evenings and weekends, and celebrating holidays and big events. The position also requires timely completion of assessments, care plans, and associated paperwork, as well as facilitating monthly Resident Council meetings. Requirements
- Associate’s degree from an accredited college or university OR Satisfactory completion of two years of college OR Two years of experience in long term care as it relates to activities and memory care
