Join Our Team at Carroll Lutheran Village! We’re currently seeking a dedicated PRN Life Enrichment Coordinator to become part of our caring and mission-driven community. This position will be varying days, with the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm, as an on-call team member, to help support the life enrichment team in our Memory Care department. The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for enhancing the overall quality of life for residents in both assisted living, memory care and healthcare settings. As a fully integrated member of the household team, the coordinator contributes to all aspects of residents' daily experiences—supporting their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being through meaningful engagement and individualized programming.
