About The Position
Havenwood of Minnetonka is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, schedule, and coordinate meaningful activities for independent, assisted living, and memory care residents. Activities should reflect residents’ needs and interests and support their physical, mental, and social well-being. The role is part-time, with weekday shifts from 9:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and work required every third weekend. The stated pay range is $18–$20 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Six months of experience working with seniors in activities or life enrichment is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with monthly planning, scheduling, and coordination of resident activities and special events, following the community’s Life Enrichment programs.
- Promote a healthy community culture for residents and employees.
- Provide individual and group educational opportunities for residents and staff on disease prevention and management as part of the Lifestyle and Health Services Wellness Program.
- Lead daily resident activities according to community standards.
- Assist with preparing and distributing monthly activity calendars according to community standards.
- Plan and execute diverse, engaging programs for residents with varied lifestyles, physical assistance needs, and stages of memory loss.
