Requirements

- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents' needs
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to activity programming
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and facilitate a variety of recreational, social, and educational activities tailored to residents' interests and needs
- Assess residents' preferences and abilities to create personalized activity plans
- Coordinate with staff, families, and community resources to ensure a diverse and inclusive activity schedule
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and activity outcomes
- Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages social interaction and emotional well-being
