About The Position

Touchmark at Fairway Village is Southwest Washington's premier retirement community. Our goal is to enrich the lives of residents by providing them with exceptional service in the comfort of their own homes. We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Life Enrichment Coordinator! Looking for open Availability - able to work any day of the week - including weekends - generally the shifts will be the day shift with some excursions or events going late for a swing shift. As a Life Enrichment Coordinator, you will enrich lives every day by assisting in the planning and implementation of an activities program that will meet the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of residents. You will have the daily opportunity to exercise your creativity and your ability to encourage and motivate others, and to be a positive presence in the lives of residents and their families.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience working with a social or recreational activities program.
Commitment to confidentiality in respect to resident status and medical history.
Excellent driving record - No moving traffic violations in the past three years.
Ability to work independently, without supervision.
Highly flexible and adaptable.

Nice To Haves

Trained in CPR/First Aid and AIDS certified (training provided).

Responsibilities

Assisting in the planning and implementation of an activities program that will meet the physical, cognitive, social, and spiritual needs of residents.
Arranging, organizing, and assisting with activities both on and off campus, such as holiday and birthday celebrations, social events, community outings, and exercise programs.
Leading games, brain games, hosting happy hours, parties, outings, and bingo.
Driving our non-CDL bus for outings.
