Regency Park, an assisted living and memory care facility, is seeking a Life Enrichment Associate (Activities Assistant) to join their team. Requirements

Current first aid certification.
Current food handler's or Serve Safe certification.
Valid Driver's license.
Experience in planning, organizing, and executing a varied schedule of life enrichment opportunities for all levels of seniors.
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ownership attitude who is able to stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day.
First Aid/CPR Certification.
Food Workers Card.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia.
Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care.
Experience as a caregiver.
Experience in Life Enrichment/Activity Programming.
Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner.
Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect.
Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve.
