Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant)
About The Position
This is an exciting opportunity to join our activities programming department and help enrich the lives of our residents daily! We are seeking a creative, enthusiastic and outgoing person who is able to work independently. Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated. Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities. Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills. Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment. Experience working in Senior Living preferred. Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
Requirements
- Must be flexible with offering support in other departments within the community as needed.
- Must be dependable, reliable and highly motivated.
- Must have excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and leadership abilities.
- Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
- Experience working and interacting with families in a customer based Senior Living environment.
- Must be willing to transport/escort residents on community trips.
- Must be able to push, pull and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs.

- Experience working in Senior Living preferred.
Responsibilities
- Implements a wide array of programming for residents in our community and helps keep our residents engaged.
- Offers support in other departments within the community as needed.
- Completes required paperwork.
