The Life Enrichment Assistant will assist with the coordination and implementation of Life Enrichment programs. This role involves facilitating scheduled activities, promoting positive interactions between residents, families, and community groups, and encouraging resident participation. The assistant will adapt to individual resident needs and communication styles, assist with event setup and breakdown, and support residents with transportation to appointments and outings. Regular communication with the Director of Life Enrichment regarding resident needs and concerns is essential, as is documenting resident participation. The role also requires maintaining the appearance of activity areas, program supplies, and equipment.
