About The Position

The Life Enrichment Assistant supports the Director of Life Enrichment by organizing and leading group and individual activities for residents. This role involves direct interaction with various resident populations and requires a flexible work schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays. Key responsibilities also include maintaining records, ensuring a pleasant environment, managing supplies and equipment, and organizing storage areas.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational requirements include a high school diploma or its equivalent
  • Ability to read and write at a high school level

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in working within an activities department in a long-term care facility is desired
