About The Position

Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull is hiring a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) to support its memory care assisted living community. The role implements activities programming that enriches residents’ lives and keeps them engaged. The assistant may also be asked to support other departments as needed and completes required paperwork.

The position is scheduled from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. four days per week, plus one alternating 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. shift. Every other weekend is required. The role includes transporting or escorting residents on community trips and requires the ability to drive a large van. The listed pay rate is $19.50 per hour.

Requirements

• Creative, enthusiastic, and outgoing, with the ability to work independently.
• Dependable, reliable, and highly motivated.
• Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working and interacting with families in a customer-based senior living environment.
• Willingness to transport or escort residents on community trips.
• Ability to drive a large van.

• Experience working in senior living is preferred.
