About The Position

Bridges by EPOCH at Trumbull is hiring a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant) for its Memory Care Assisted Living Community. The role supports the activities programming department and helps enrich residents’ lives by implementing engaging programming. The assistant may also be asked to support other departments as needed and must complete required paperwork. The position pays $19.50 per hour and is scheduled 9:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m. four days per week, plus one alternating 10:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m. shift. Every other weekend is required.

Requirements

• Creative, enthusiastic, outgoing, dependable, reliable, and highly motivated.
• Able to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and leadership abilities.
• Some computer knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
• Experience working and interacting with families in a customer-based Senior Living environment.
• Willingness to transport or escort residents on community trips.
• Ability to drive a large van.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working in Senior Living is preferred.
• A strong passion for seniors.

Responsibilities
