About The Position

Beztak Senior Living is hiring a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant/Driver. The role drives senior residents to outings, appointments, and other events, and supports the Director of Life Enrichment in coordinating and facilitating resident activities inside and outside the community. The position also provides administrative and event setup support and helps maintain transportation vehicle records. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes in a company or personal vehicle as required.

The role involves managing driving time and communicating clearly with the Life Enrichment Team, Concierge, and residents. It may require working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers or vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, and using effective interpersonal skills. Beztak and All Seasons conduct pre-employment testing under company policies and applicable state requirements, including criminal background checks, fingerprinting where applicable, and drug testing. Additional state-specific screening requirements may apply in Florida, Arizona, and Michigan.

The position is typically based in the vehicle being driven, with occasional work in an office or other indoor settings. It may involve exposure to varied weather and outdoor conditions. Physical requirements include operating an automobile, sitting for long periods, communicating with residents and others, frequent bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, rearranging furniture, and climbing stairs. Requirements

• Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B, with P endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Ability to operate an automobile, sit for long periods, communicate with residents and others, bend frequently, lift up to 50 pounds, rearrange furniture, and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Drive residents in community vehicles to social events, appointments, and special events.
• Encourage resident socialization and participation in activities and events to promote a positive community environment.
• Provide administrative support to the Life Enrichment team.
• Provide event setup support for activities, concerts, and other events as needed.
• Assist the Director of Life Enrichment with maintaining transportation vehicle records.
• Manage driving time and communicate clearly with the Life Enrichment Team, Concierge, and residents.
• Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle as required to perform job duties.
• Handle urgent matters, resolve conflicts, and interact effectively with customers and vendors in a high-pressure environment.
