About The Position

Exciting opportunity at LindenGrove Mukwonago for a Life Enrichment Assistant (20 hours/week) in our Memory Care! This role involves maintaining order and cleanliness in activity areas, identifying and attending approved educational in-services, treating residents, family, and staff with dignity and respect, and maintaining confidentiality. The assistant will also research and support supply fulfillment for life enrichment activities and perform other duties as assigned.

• Free of police record related to misappropriation, abuse or other offenses prohibited by law.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Must have auto insurance with Marquardt minimum coverage requirements.
• Ability to efficiently utilize common word processing, electronic calendars, email and other required CPU programs.

Responsibilities

• Will report any unusual resident’s behavior and health concerns to nursing staff.
