About The Position
We are seeking a creative, outgoing Part-Time Life Engagement Assistant to support weekend programs that keep residents active, connected, and fulfilled. This role is scheduled Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and is ideal for someone passionate about serving seniors in a fun, resident-focused environment.
Requirements
- Energetic, friendly, and resident-centered
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Weekend and some holiday availability required
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of dementia care and adaptive activities preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and support engaging resident activities
- Assist with events and the monthly newsletter
- Build meaningful connections with residents
- Support volunteer coordination
- Promote a positive team atmosphere
- Participate in activity planning as needed
