About The Position
LAUNCH is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in our Community Habilitation program. DSPs provide one-on-one or small group, community-based services focused on building independent living skills. Join a mission-driven organization that has supported the Onondaga County community for over 30 years.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred but not required—paid training provided
Responsibilities
- Support skill development (cooking, cleaning, socialization, community access)
