Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, plus one year experience preferred
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
- Must be able to prioritize, multitask, and manage busy schedules/deadlines
- Must pass a Criminal Background Investigation
- Willingness to obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR Certification
Responsibilities
- Support people to live personally fulfilling lives and achieve their person centered valued outcomes through a positive and proactive approach.
- Foster independence through role modeling, teaching, and supporting people to be valued and contributing members of their community
- Talents are identified and connections are made in their community, based on interests and desires
- Reports, log notes and documentation are completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Managing and setting up reminders to keep track of deadlines for reports/paperwork
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Innovative problem solving skills
- Entering/uploading data in Medisked
- Provide support in other areas of the agency
- Passion for helping others, and the ability to build relationships.
