Requirements

• A heart for service and a passion for making a difference
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver’s license and clear background check
• Reliability, integrity, and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living skills such as hygiene, communication, mobility, and meal preparation
• Administer medication and assist with health and safety needs
• Lead and support group and individual activities based on personal goals and interests
• Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all participants
• Provide positive behavioral support and encouragement
• Document daily progress, activities, and any incidents accurately
