About The Position

Bay Creek Resort is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven professional for its private club fitness center. Responsibilities include greeting members and assisting with their fitness center needs, answering phones and member inquiries, scheduling training and other appointments, performing minor custodial duties such as wiping fitness equipment, and performing opening and closing duties when needed.

Requirements

• Familiarity and understanding of fitness equipment.
• Ability to read and speak English is required.
• Member service oriented and possess a professional manner.
• Computer Knowledge.
• Interest in fitness.

Nice To Haves

• CPR Certification preferred.
• Previous experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greeting members and assisting with fitness center needs
• Answering phones and member inquiries
• Scheduling training and other appointments
• Performing minor custodial duties such as wiping fitness equipment
• Performing opening and closing duties when needed
• Professionally demonstrate knowledge of facilities and services offered at the club.
• Serve as a control to ensure that all those entering the facility are authorized to do so.
• Provide professional and courteous service to all inquiries, whether they are in person or on the phone.
• Escort any member or guest needing assistance whenever possible.
