About The Position

The Life Case Manager oversees life insurance applications from submission through policy issue, supporting communication among advisors, carriers, and clients. The role focuses on organization, problem-solving, case progress, compliance, and customer service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in life case management and/or at least 1 year in brokerage operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred, but not required.
- Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or case management preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage life insurance applications and track case progress.
- Communicate with carriers, underwriters, and advisors to resolve requirements.
- Provide proactive updates to agents and clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
