About The Position
The LifeCafe Staff member executes menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards. The role delivers exceptional customer service and maintains a clean, sanitized environment in a fast-paced, customer-focused café. The position includes preparing food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks; answering members’ questions; and suggesting food and service options.
Requirements
- Ability to remain in a stationary position and move around the café for prolonged periods.
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 pounds.
- CPR/AED certification is required within the first 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food, shakes, and beverage orders efficiently and quickly.
- Answer members’ questions and make suggestions about food and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Prepare espresso drink orders efficiently and quickly.
