About The Position

The LifeCafe Staff member prepares menu items according to recipes and service-speed standards, including food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks. The role delivers exceptional customer service, responds to member questions, makes suggestions about food and service, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment in a fast-paced, customer-focused cafe.

Requirements

Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the Cafe for prolonged periods.
Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

Prepare food, shakes, and beverage orders quickly and efficiently.
Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
Maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Prepare espresso drink orders quickly and efficiently.
