About The Position
The LifeCafe Staff member executes menu items according to recipes and speed-of-service standards, delivers exceptional customer service, and maintains a clean and sanitized environment. The role prepares food, shakes, beverages, and espresso drinks efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-focused café, and responds to members’ questions and makes suggestions about food and service.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the café for prolonged periods.
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs.
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food, shakes, and beverage orders efficiently and in accordance with recipe and speed-of-service standards.
- Prepare espresso drink orders efficiently.
- Respond to members’ questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and a sanitized environment in a fast-paced, customer-focused café.
